- Hands on experience in Design and Development of Web Application. (Here candidate should have real experience of programming)
- Candidate will need to work in a hands-on manner on design, development, manage releases, and provide technical leadership to complex projects based on Customer's requirements
- Good understanding of Core Java or PHP or RoR
- Performance tuning (optional)
