About 3Edge:
3Edge Solutions is an IT industry-sponsored initiative promoted by professionals with in-depth industry experience. It is headquartered in Chennai and has offices in multiple locations across India. It is a leading organization providing high end training, staffing, and outsourcing solutions to all IT and BPO majors in India and overseas.
Eligibility Criteria:
· B. Tech / B.E - 65% and above in 10th, 12th and graduation
· MCA - 65% and above in 10th, 12th and Degree, 70% and above in MCA
· Should have passed out in 2009/2010.
Technical Skills required:
· Should be good at OOPS Concepts
· Should be Strong in Core Java, Servlets and JSP
· Knowledge of Unix and Shell Scripting Concepts will be an advantage
Selection Process:
HR Team of 3Edge would organize the initial recruitment process for the candidates who confirm their participation.
1. Aptitude test covering Logical reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude. Total Marks: 70
2. Technical Test on Java - Total Marks 50
3. The students would be shortlisted for JAM/GD depending on performance in Aptitude and Technical tests
4. Final Shortlist Candidates by 3Edge would be put through an intensive training
5. After successful completion of the training in 3Edge, the students would be evaluated by IBM directly
6. Training fee may be applicable based on the individual performance in the interviews
7. Candidates selected for IBM need to sign an agreement to work with 3Edge for a minimum period of one year. Candidates not selected for IBM will be considered for placement with other clients of 3Edge. In the latter case, 3Edge may charge a fee
